Course Details
The Human Resource Management program gives students detailed exposure to the tasks and work performed by organizations small or large in an effort to coordinate human resources effectively so that the success of an organization is more assured. Through this program, students can master various knowledge such as human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development of human resources, compensation and facilities, safety and health, industrial relations, research in human resources, productivity improvement, innovation development and employee creativity and so on.
Requirements
- Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional (SPMV) with at least 3 credits in any subject and pass in Bahasa Melayu & Sejarah; OR
- Certificate from TAJ International College / Recognized IPT with a minimum CGPA of at least 2.00; OR
- Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with 1 credit in any subjects and possess at least Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in the relevant field; OR
- Other recognized qualifications which are equivalent
